All of our portable products come with a thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, and would like to return it within thirty days, then you will be required to pay for the shipping costs back to ENW Systems. In order to receive a full refund on returns, you must return the unit in Like new resalable condition with the unfilled warranty card, instruction manual, and in original packaging.  ENW Systems, cannot refund full price on all products that use replaceable filters. Any item that is returned to ENW Systems, that is not resalable or returnable to a manufacturer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This guarantee does not apply to hard wired products.

You must call or Email, ENW Systems for an R.M.A. number before returning any products back to us.
